Terms of service

Last updated October 31, 2026. These terms are between you and Web Landscapes LLC, a Florida company trading as EveShift ("we"). They cover eveshift.com, the demo, the free schedule maker, setup help and the EveShift app.

The site, demo and schedule maker

You can use them for free, for your own business or team. The demo uses made-up data. The schedule maker keeps your data in your own browser; you're responsible for keeping a copy (print, spreadsheet or calendar file) of anything you need.

Price

EveShift is free while it is new. Features can change, and some may be added or removed. We will publish the price on this site and email every team before any charge. You can stop using EveShift instead of paying, and we'll give your team an export of its schedule.

Accounts and teams

  • Keep your password and second sign-in step to yourself. Tell us right away if you think someone else used your account.
  • The person who creates a team is its owner and decides who joins and what roles they have. Owners and admins are responsible for the people they invite and for the roles they hand out.
  • Only invite people who agreed to be on the schedule, and only record skills, certifications, age bands or dates of birth you have a reason to keep. Turn on location checks at clock-in only where you need them; EveShift asks each person before reading their location.
  • Don't use EveShift to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to get into another team's data or someone else's account.

Labor-rule reminders are not legal advice

EveShift can show reminders about overtime, meal and rest breaks, sick leave, rest between shifts, advance notice of schedules, and hours for minors, chosen from a location's address and the facts you enter about your business. They are general reminders based on public information. They are not legal advice, they may not cover every rule that applies to you, and they never decide whether a law applies to your business. You are responsible for following the labor laws that apply to your workplace, including paying any premiums or overtime owed. Check with the agency for your city or state, or with an advisor.

Pay estimates are not tax advice

Hours and pay estimates are calculated from the schedule, the punches and the settings each person enters, using published tax tables for the year shown. They are estimates to compare with real pay stubs. They aren't tax, payroll or legal advice, and your employer's payroll may differ. Employers remain responsible for paying wages and withholding correctly.

Clock punches and timesheets

Punches are recorded as made, and every change keeps the original time, who changed it and why. Employers decide how they use timesheets and remain responsible for their own payroll records.

Coverage rules

EveShift checks changes against the rules your team enters. It can only be as accurate as those rules and the skills, certifications and expiry dates recorded for each person. Managers who override a rule are responsible for that decision.

Calendars

When you paste a calendar link, you confirm it's your own calendar or one you're allowed to share. Calendar apps refresh subscribed calendars on their own schedule, sometimes many hours later; the app itself is the up-to-date schedule.

Your data

Your team's data belongs to your team. We use it only to run EveShift, as the privacy policy describes. We don't sell it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep EveShift running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop parts of the service; if we stop the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and an export of your data.

Liability

EveShift is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, staffing costs or penalties, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (while EveShift is free, nothing). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending

You can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete my account) or ask us to delete it at any time. A team's owner can delete the team and cancel that for 7 days; after that the team's data is deleted. If you delete your account, teams you worked on keep the hours you worked for their payroll, without your name or pay. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, unless the account is putting other people at risk.

Law and contact

Florida law governs these terms. Questions: contact@weblandscapes.com or (786) 372-0287.
