Someone is over 40 hours. Under federal law, hours over 40 in a week usually get overtime pay. It's a reminder.
How the calendar file works
The .ics file opens in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. Pick one person to give them only their shifts, or "Everyone" for the whole week. Times are read in the time zone of the phone or computer that opens it.
When the team outgrows a rota
